His expertise is concentrated in the energy, resources, and infrastructure sectors, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, platform roll-ups, and consolidations. ​

Reza holds Master's degrees from the University of Chicago and the University of Illinois at Chicago, contributing his extensive knowledge to advance our trading endeavors.​

Dr. Natalegawa is a veteran finance professional with close to 40 years experience in corporate finance and financial advisory to both government and private institutions.

Dr. Natalegawa headed several financial institutions such as Lehman Brothers, Deloitte & Touche and Citigroup, and during his tenure was involved in some of the country and region's largest cross-border transactions and restructuring work. He attained his Masters and Doctorate degrees in Economics from Oxford University.

​Dr. Nasution is a long-time policy- maker and regulator with a career spanning over 40 years in the Indonesian Government as Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance, acting Minister of Finance, Director General of Tax and Customs, and sat on the board of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority.


Dr. Nasution has held board-level positions in several of the largest Indonesian banks and continue today as a strategic adviser to the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, the World Bank, and other multilateral organizations of World Bank. He obtained his Masters and Doctoral Degrees from Universite de Paris.

Farina is a seasoned banker with over 35 years in commercial and private banking with track-record leadership, ethics and compliance solid experience and skills, and was country manager of several regional Asian banks.

She specializes in structured commercial finance and spent most of her career in some of the largest global commercial and investment banks where she delivered revenues, managed deal teams and achieved target metrics. She obtained her degree from the University of the Philippines.​

Eri is non-executive advisor to the group and has nearly 40 years experience in finance and management institutions such as Citibank and Astra Group in Jakarta, and West LB and CIBC World Markets in Singapore as executive director in charge of Indonesia.

John has 60 years of experience in high-leveled international business. He was an Executive Director of Trafalgar House for over 20 years, responsible for engineering and construction. He then become the President and Chief Executive of their worldwide engineering and construction business

Gustav started his career at Google where he built technology companies in the Nordics. As a passionate outdoorsman, he became focused on developing companies that address the energy transition away from fossil fuels. Backed by a group of family offices, Gustav set up Mogambo to develop sustainable infrastructure. Through Mogambo, Gustav founded a waste to gas company which he exited to an EQT portfolio company in Europe. ​​

Gustav has an MBA from London Business School.​

James started his career at BGC, ED&F Man, and Mirexa Capital. At Aurel, he specialized in originating and raising capital for global ESG projects. His broad mandate in renewable technology, agritech, and social enterprise has allowed him to build strong relationships and gain valuable experience with leading sustainability-focused companies.​​

He holds a BA from Bristol and an MA from Oxford in history.​

Irwan has 30 years experience in capital markets and investment banking, where during such tenure he has sat as board advisor to strategic and audit committees of Indonesia's largest state-owned enterprises as well as the capital markets oversight committees.

Irwan holds a Bachelors degree from the Institute Teknologi Nasional, Bandung, and holds a Capital Markets Investment Manager and Investment Banking Competencies Certifications.

George has over 15 years experience working on energy, mining, and infrastructure projects with a particular focus on renewable energy and power projects across Asia and Africa.


George recent focus is financing and developing utility-scale renewable energy assets and working with group on transition energy assets. George holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, and holds a post-graduate degree from SOAS.

Enrico has 15 years experience in the O&G sector; working for 10 years at a large integrated Independent Oil Company (IOC). He covers upstream negotiations in West/North Africa, Middle East and Latin America alongside downstream work.

Enrico is currently in business development with structured deals that include offtake finance transactions, refinery inventory and infrastructure projects.

Vaughan is a veteran trader and fund Nicolas has close to 15 years deep manager with over 23 years experience in complex derivative trading.

He was a derivative trader with Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank; senior portfolio manager at one of the world's largest macro fund; and presently building mining and telecom businesses in Africa, Asia and Europe.

Nicolas has close to 15 years deep experience working in the energy, renewable energy, transition energy sectors in Southeast Asia, Africa and Europe.

Recently, Nico has focused on the ecosystem, climate change and carbon market for among others monetizing nature-based solutions and ecosystems assets as part of the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) roadmap. Nico attained his undergraduate degree from Institut Superieur de Gestion in Paris, and his post-graduate degree from the Center of Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy at the University

Gina has close 20 years experience; she has provided business and financial advisory services to private enterprises in Indonesia and abroad and has worked in senior executive positions in major Indonesian Conglomerates.

Gina has been involved in a number of onshore and offshore initial public offerings (IPO), loan syndication, debt financing, corporate restructuring, and merger and acquisition transactions. Gina obtained her Masters degree from Harvard University, United States.

Irfan is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of extensive experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, spanning local and international enterprises.. With a notable track record in overseeing farm-in/farm-out tasks, Irfan has demonstrated leadership excellence during his decades-long tenure as General Manager at Medco Energi Internasional Tbk and Starborn Energy Bontang Pte. Ltd.

Alex is Indonesian Citizen, born in Jakarta. His having work experiences more than 20 years in Oil and Gas industries. He specializes in operation, services, oil and gas business development and new project development.

Alex recieved his degree and master degree from Curtin University, Perth Western Australia.

Irvan is a 15-year seasoned entrepreneur involved in many ventures prior to joining the financial advisory and investment management world.

His solid background has made him a formidable business developer. He has held management positions as founder and principal in the food and beverage, mining, export and import, oil and gas, and entertainment sectors.

Rega has 10 years of experience in both national and international organizations. Over his career, he has excelled in managing international projects, operations, and systems for various multi-national companies and brands.

Rega holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Science and Management respectively from the University of Indonesia.

Rayhan holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Business Administration from the Institute Technology Bandung. He previously worked at mid-level management in one of the largest Japanese Banking conglomerates.

He subsequently founded and manages his family office food and beverage business and currently assists the group with transaction and project management.

Rangga boasts over a decade of expertise in marketing, operations, and project management within the trading industry. His proficiency extends to the intricate realm of logistics, catering to the needs of both national and international trading enterprises.

With a background in Energy and Environmental Engineering from Hochschule Anhalt, Rangga brings a unique blend of technical knowledge and business acumen to the dynamic world of trading. His strategic approach and diversified skill set make him a valuable asset in navigating the complexities of the trading business landscape.

Bagas is an experienced professional with three years of work experience in various Oil and Gas (O&G) industries. During his tenure, he has gained valuable expertise in project management, finance, and transaction-related activities.
